Before summer sports schedules take over and everything gets wild again…
let’s make a Spring Mom Bucket List.
Not for the kids.
For you.
Because if you’re anything like me, it’s really easy to fill everyone else’s calendar and forget to add anything for yourself.
And spring is actually the perfect time to change that—before the chaos of summer hits.
This doesn’t have to be anything big or overwhelming.
In fact, the simpler, the better.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Take a solo Target walk (no rushing)
- Sit outside with your coffee one morning
- Plan one date night
- Try a new workout class
- Read one book just for fun
- Clean out one space that’s been driving you crazy
- Book the facial… or finally get your nails done
See what I mean? Nothing crazy. Just intentional.
The goal isn’t to do everything.
It’s to choose a few things that make you feel like yourself again.
Here’s what I want you to do:
Write down 5 things you want to do before summer hits.
Put them on your calendar.
Treat them like actual appointments.
Because when you take care of yourself, everything else really does run better.
I also created a simple Spring Mom Bucket List printable to make this easy for you (it’s already been sent out to my email list this week).
If you want it sent straight to your inbox for next season—or you don’t want to miss the next one—I send these out every season.

👉 Join my email list here so you don’t miss the next seasonal bucket list
👉 And if you make your own list, leave a comment and tell me one thing you’re adding—I’d love to hear it
Let’s not skip ourselves this season.
